Welcome to Therapy Tree: The Resource Arboretum—a curated collection of therapeutic tools, somatic practices, and resources designed for both therapists and clients. This collection is the result of a collaborative effort between myself and my colleague, Rhea Eady, M.S.W., R.S.W., and is available through our Etsy shop. Inside, you’ll find a variety of thoughtfully crafted materials, including guided somatic exercises, emotional processing tools, written workbooks, closing rituals for therapists, and resources that explore spiritual awakening and more. Whether you’re seeking accessible tools for healing and transformation or looking to deepen the work you’re already doing, you’ll find something meaningful and valuable here.

Stay tuned to our shop for new arrivals focused on EMDR, parts work, somatic practices, and more.

I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional territory of the Michi Saagiig Anishinaabeg. This land, now known as Peterborough/Nogojiwanong, is covered by Treaty 20 and the Williams Treaties.

As a therapist supporting healing and reconnection, I recognize that colonialism, past and present, has caused deep harm—particularly through the suppression of Indigenous ways of knowing, community, and relationship to the land. I acknowledge my responsibility to continue learning, listening, and supporting Indigenous-led healing and self-determination.

This acknowledgment is a small part of an ongoing commitment to understanding how histories of trauma impact individuals, families, and communities—and to honoring resilience, wisdom, and justice.
